Dispensing Solutions
Thermal greases can be applied manually or automated effectively without mess using several methods below.
1.Syringe dispensing:
Purchase syringe type package and manual Gun (size 30cc & 10cc) to disperse directly on components
2. Rollers (ManualHard Rubber rollers)
Dispense grease directly to components, use hard roller to apply even film thickness.
3.Cartridge Dispensing:
Works with standard caulking cartridge with or without nozzle tip, also it can be used with roller attachment to dispense and spread directly on the parts.
Purchase cartridge type package from Timtronics, use manual or pnuematic caulking gun, select applicable nozzle type and size or roller to dispense thermal grease on components.
4. Pneumatic Dispensing, controlled by time and pressure:
Timtronics offers the following air dispensing equipment for precise, accurate dispensing to achieve consistent, smooth film thickness. Use with cartridge reservoir or syringe
5. Bulk volume dispensing: 1 Qt or 1 gallon dispenser:Timtronics Part# TIM-DA-35-110
A:This system can be used for dispensing thermal grease from 1 quart or 1 gallon round cans.
B: 5 gallon or 55 gallon system: This system can be used for dispensing thermal grease from 5 gallon or 55 gallon drum size with automated robotic system in volume production
6.Stencil or Silk Screen Method
This method offers most précised and consistency to apply controlled film thickness. Honeycomb type metal stencil
7.Epoxies Dispensing:
